privacy
×short version: no accounts, no forms, no ads, no cookies. nothing here follows you around.
on your device
if you change his look or save a fit in his closet, drag the mp3 player somewhere or mute the sounds, your browser remembers it so it's still there next time (local storage: kewin-look, kewin-closet-fits, kewin-player and kewin-sound). it never leaves your device. clearing this site's data in your browser resets it.
on the server
the site runs on a small server behind cloudflare. the server logs which page was asked for, when, the page you came from and your browser type, never your ip address, and deletes those logs after 14 days. cloudflare sits in front and sees your ip address, like any network in between (their privacy policy). it also counts visits with its web analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
other companies
a few things load from elsewhere, and those companies can see your ip address when your browser asks for them:
- the 3d library that draws his cat, from jsdelivr
- youtube thumbnails, when you open work or flykewin
- youtube videos, only when you press play (youtube's no cookie player)
- the spotify playlist, when you open kewin.wav
links to instagram, youtube and spotify take you to those sites, which have their own rules.
